1Flash the firmware using the button above
2Connect to the TreadLink WiFi network (password:
treadlink)3Open 192.168.4.1 in your browser
4Scan and connect to your treadmill
5On your Garmin watch: Settings → Sensors → Add → search for TreadLink
6Start a treadmill activity on your watch and run!
What You Need
- Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32-S3 (with external antenna recommended)
- A Bluetooth treadmill with FTMS support
- A Garmin watch that supports external footpod sensors
- USB-C cable for flashing
